• Say which account you are using, so we can find the conversation.
• Send a screenshot if something looked wrong — it saves a round trip.
• For an update or a download, use the portal.

1. Your account

You need an account to use DrexChat, and one account per person. Keep access to your email and phone secure: anyone who can receive your code can reach your account. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.

2. What you may send

Do not use DrexChat to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to harass or threaten anyone, to share content that is illegal where you or the recipient live, or to impersonate someone else. Bots must identify themselves as bots.

3. Your content

What you send stays yours. To deliver it we have to store and transmit it, so you give us permission to do that and nothing more. We do not sell your content or your contact details.

4. Messages are kept so they can be delivered

Messages and media are stored on our servers so they can be shown on your devices. Deleting a message removes it from your conversations. Data may be kept briefly in backups after that.

5. Bots and third parties

Bots are made by us or by other users, not by DrexChat. A bot you talk to receives what you send it. Review a bot before trusting it with anything you would not share publicly.

6. Availability and changes

DrexChat is provided as is. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and these terms, and will update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app means accepting the current terms.

7. Suspension

Accounts that break these terms can be suspended or closed, and content that breaks them can be removed. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

DrexChat licence

DrexChat is licensed, not sold. You may install and use it on devices you own, for personal or business messaging, free of charge. You may not resell it, sublicense it, or redistribute it or a modified version of it. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and the authors are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

• No harassment, threats, or content that is illegal where you or the recipient live.
• No impersonation of another person, and no pretending a bot is a person — bots carry a badge that says what they are.
• No attempts to break, overload or misuse the service, or to reach data that is not yours.
• One account per person. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.
